Take the day to celebrate the social and economic achievements of the American workers. At THU we encourage you to place family over everything. Then find the time to put up as many shots as you can. Do 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, 50 jumping jacks (doesn’t have to be in a row). Remember, limit the amount of sugar and be cautious of eating too many carbs and above all else…listen to your parents and the positive role models in your life!
